Enjoy our Heat and Ice Experiences to really make your stay bliss, as you move through treatments which gradually increase your body's temperature before stepping into the Ice Cave to stimulate your circulation and senses while aiding the elimination of toxins and exfoliating the skin.

Let us look after you with our Renew You Treatment, a detoxifying body treatment with a combined blend of Lemon and Juniper Berry encouraging natural detoxification and a shoulder, face and scalp massage to ensure total relaxation. 

To top it off, enjoy a two-course buffet lunch, a three-course dinner at Astons Restaurant and a full English breakfast in the morning.

Pregnancy Advice

The Heat and Ice Experiences are contra-indicated during pregnancy. We advise guests over 16 weeks pregnant to book our mums to be specific package and treatments to ensure you are able to make the most of your visit. Please note if you book an alternative package or treatment this could result in not being able to have part or all of the package or treatment booked due to contra indications.
