“Exercise should be about setting personal goals and achieving them!”

From a young age I have always had a natural instinct for activity. Growing up I satisfied my appetite through playing as many sports as I possibly could. Football, Rugby, Cricket, and Table Tennis were just a few sports that I channelled my desire for fitness through.

As I grew older though, I discovered that my passion was better applied to the gym and focusing on the principles of exercise in general. I love the competitive nature of sport, but I believe exercise should be about setting personal goals and achieving them, without having to worry about proving your ability to anybody else.  I’ve been a qualified personal trainer for 2 years, and in that time I have helped many individuals look, move, and feel better through exercise. I’m very interested in anatomy and nutrition, and in particular trying to promote the health benefits of a vegetarian diet. Outside of work, I still enjoy playing football, reading and socializing with my friends as often as I can.
