MY Event Accommodation Finder is a free of charge service that gives your delegates/guests the opportunity to book their chosen hotel via our online booking portal.
For larger requests and group accommodation bookings, we offer a fully managed service.
All hotels that are signed up to the service have to meet the following criteria:

All hotels are located within 25 miles of the hotel (no longer than 30 minute journey)

  •  Minimum of 3 star rating
  • Fully vetted by our experienced team
  • Price parity - lowest rate available on the market
