Outside of these times your call will be dealt with by our Hotel Reception Team and will be confirmed to you by our Reservations Team when the office reopens.

Please note:
- The Day Spa can accommodate group bookings for up to 12 guests.
- Day Spa packages must be prepaid in full to confirm your visit.
Cancellation Policy
- We request full pre-payment for all bookings and these are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
- We will however extend an option to change your date and rebook another date when this request is made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
- Cancellation of Hair Studio appointments will incur a 50% charge 48hrs prior and 100% charge within 24hrs of your appointment.
Essential information for your visit
Gift Card Redemption
If you intend to make payment for your treatments or Day Spa Package by Gift Card, please inform Reservations when making your booking and bring your gift card with you to present to The Day Spa Reception on arrival. Failure to do so may result in full payment being requested.

Travelling to The Day Spa at Whittlebury Hall
Directions to The Day Spa are available on www.thedayspa.co.uk, however our staff can print a personal route planner should you require it. When arriving at Whittlebury Hall, please park in the Hotel Car Park.
On Arrival
Overnight guests please proceed directly to the main Hotel reception, before arriving at The Day Spa reception. Day guests go directly to The Day Spa reception.
On arrival at The Day Spa reception you will be given your appointment schedule, locker key, robe and slippers for the day. Please have your costume and other daytime essentials easily to hand. There are both communal and private changing and vanity areas.
Treatments
You are requested to check in at The Day Spa Reception prior to your first appointment to complete our Health Questionnaire. Thereafter, we recommend you arrive 5-10mins prior to each treatment time. Please note that should you arrive late for a treatment, this will result in a reduced time being available and in some cases could result in your treatment being cancelled with full charge.
Age Policy
The Day Spa is reserved for the use of adults at all times. Unfortunately we cannot offer treatments to persons under the age of sixteen. Young adults aged 16-18 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst visiting The Day Spa.
Refreshments and Dining
Iced water and fresh fruit are available throughout the day with our compliments. Other refreshments and lunch will be served in The Terrace Café. A buffet lunch with iced water is included in Day Packages. Soft drinks and a selection of alcoholic beverages may be purchased.
Smoking and Mobile Phones
For the comfort of all our guests, The Hotel and Spa are smoke free areas and the use of mobile phones is not permitted. A designated smoking area is available outside the Silverstone Bar in the main hotel.
Medical Advice
Our therapists must consult your Health Questionnaire and all treatments are booked subject to medical status. If you have had, or are suffering from any medical condition we strongly advise that you speak with your doctor prior to booking your treatments. On booking please advise us if you have any medical condition or allergies in order that we may recommend suitable therapy.
Pregnancy
We would like to advise ladies who are in their first trimester that treatments are restricted to File & Polish and Make-up Application. The Heat & Ice Experiences are contra-indicated during pregnancy.
Personal Belongings
May we kindly request that you remove all jewellery prior to your treatment. Whittlebury Hall Hotel & Spa will not take responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings or jewellery whilst visiting The Day Spa. We encourage you to leave valuables at home.
Miscellaneous
