Cancellation Policy Cancellations should be made 24 hours prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made after this time are subject to a fee of 100% of the total costs less VAT. Prepayments on packages are non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Check In/Check out Your room will be available from 3:00pm. Please advise the hotel in advance if you will be arriving after 6:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am, should you require a later check out, please advise Reception, although this may incur a charge. You are welcome to make use of our Leisure facilities from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival until 11:00am on the day of your departure. Children Children under 5 years of age sharing with two adults may stay free of charge, paying for meals as taken. Cots in bedrooms are complimentary. Children 5 - 12 years sharing an adult room are charged £25 Bed & breakfast. The Spa and Leisure Club facilities are reserved for adults at all times. Young adults aged 16-18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst visiting. Data Protection Any information supplied to the Reservations Department is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and may be used by Whittlebury Hall and companies in our corporate group to keep you informed of special offers and products which we believe may be of interest to you. We do not disclose personal information to any third parties unless required to do so by law.
