Nourish your body with a 40-minute summer radiance treatment that will leave your body revitalised and your spirit uplifted. Then retreat into your room for a comfortable overnight stay and awaken to a Full English breakfast that will start your day right.

  • Full use of the Heat & Ice Experiences on your day of arrival
  • A delicious brunch
  • A 40-minute Summer Radiance treatment* - from head to toe you will be treated with a skin-conditioning body oil, a mind-melting scalp massage, and have your skin summer-ready with an illuminating booster facial
  • A tasty selection of afternoon treats
  • Full use of The Leisure Club until 11:00am on the day of departure
  • Three-course dinner in Astons restaurant
  • Overnight in a classic twin or double room
  • Full English breakfast

Your allocated arrival time will be scheduled between 9:00am – 10:00am with an itinerary sent to you via email 48 hours prior to arrival confirming all timings for your day. Should you have any specific scheduling requests, please note them down in the ‘comments’ box whilst making your booking and we will endeavour to accommodate them.

Pregnancy Advice

The Heat and Ice Experiences are contra-indicated during pregnancy. We advise guests over 16 weeks pregnant to book our mums to be specific package and treatments to ensure you are able to make the most of your visit. Please note if you book an alternative package or treatment this could result in not being able to have part or all of the package or treatment booked due to contra indications.

Terms and conditions apply. Subject to availability. Full payment is taken at booking stage which is non-refundable. If you need to change the date, you can do that with a minimum 7 days' notice.
