- Guests must be 18 years or over.
- Minimum pre booked value applies, £3,000 excluding VAT.
- The reward value is based on the total invoiced revenue recorded excluding VAT in the Whittlebury Hall's booking system, and does not include additional expenditure incurred at time of event such as beverages and any additional service.
- The rewards are awarded to the registered member name and contact details only.
- Whittlebury Hall Rewards are subject to availability and are redeemable Sunday-Friday only. Please note can only be used for Day Spa and Stay packages, The Leisure Club Membership and Tribute night events. Rewards cannot be claimed on future corporate events, teambuilding activities, AV and other extras.
- This offer applies to meetings, conference and training Day and 24 Hour Delegate packages and corporate function/Room hire bookings only, but excludes accommodation and social events unless agreed and taken in conjunction with one of the aforementioned.
- Your rewards will be issued after your final invoice has been paid. Please allow up to 28 working days after the invoice has been paid for your rewards to be processed. If your event has been cancelled the reward does not apply.
- Whittlebury Hall and Spa Limited reserves the right to add, modify and delete any of the conditions, rewards or terminate the programme at any time with or without notice.
- This promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
- No cash alternative will be available, and Rewards are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Participation is subject to your company's approval. Whittlebury Hall and Spa Limited will accept no responsibility for registration of corporate bookers, clients or 3rd parties whose company does not allow its staff to take part in incentives or rewards programmes.
- By participating in our Rewards programme you have agreed to the terms and conditions of the programme as outlined, and agree to be contacted with timely, relevant administration and marketing communications, and for us to email you relevant offers from Whittlebury Hall.
- You are personally responsible for declaring the receipt of your rewards and any TAX that you need to pay, not your employer or Whittlebury Hall and Spa Limited. Please contact your local tax office for advice on how to do this.
- Direct corporate bookers and 3rd parties only are eligible to join the programme. Only one reward will be issued per booking, awarded to the booker and as registered.
- UK resident companies are eligible only (Not available for non-UK).
- Whittlebury Hall and Spa Limited reserves the right to exclude any company or individual from the programme.
- Your business email address provided as registered on Exclusively Yours and at the time of booking enquiry, and as captured in the Whittlebury Hall booking system applies only. An alternative email address cannot be accepted for rewards to be allocated.
- Rewards are only eligible on new bookings contracted following the bookers registered date to the programme and not on confirmed business before the registered date. Rewards cannot be claimed retrospectively or when no longer an employee of the business as registered.
- Any rewards you receive will only be valid to spend for 6 months from the date they are awarded to you, unless otherwise stated.
