Q) What type of hotels are you able to source?

A) MY Venue solutions has access to hundreds of venues across the UK and will source venues that we feel are most suited to your event needs and requirements. We work with hotels, conference centres, historical buildings, museums, zoo’s, golf club etc. You name it, we can source it!

 

Q) What happens if I want to proceed with a hotel option you have proposed?

A) Once you have reviewed options and want to proceed, we send a confirmation email to you and to the venue confirming that you want to proceed. At this point, the venue will issue you with their contract to confirm this booking and discuss payment terms and finer details.

 

Q) If I have any complaints about this service (pre or post-event) who should I report these too?

A) Delivering exceptional customer service is at the front of everything we do at MY Venue Solutions and should you have a negative experience please do contact us on 01327 850473 or email myvenuesolutions@whittleburyhall.co.uk so we can resolve the situation.

 

Q) What are the benefits of using this service?

A) Absolutely – we can support you on anything that you need.

 

Q) What types of events can you support with?

A) Our experience is in conference, meetings, awards dinners, exhibitions, team building and weddings, no event is too big or small for us to support with.  We have worked with 2 up to 2500 delegates on anyone day – the sky really is the limit.
