Whittlebury Hall and Whittlebury Park Corporate Organisers Day
The activities in which you are about to take part are of a dangerous nature similar to other outdoor physical sporting activities. However, all the various games are supervised by experienced operators’ who have knowledge of the equipment to provide a safe and successful event.
We advise that any participants who suffer from heart conditions, recurring injuries, back problems, sporting injuries or pregnant women do not take part in the games and activities in this event. We would suggest these team members to become involved as a team manager, motivator or scorer.
Whilst all measures for safety are fully catered for by the organisers and operators, we must point out that all participants take part at their own risk. In keeping with all the usual accepted running of the such activities the promoters, organisers, operators, owners of the equipment and land owners will not be held responsible for any injuries to persons whilst taking part in the activities.

I hereby agree and declare that:
- I will agree to abide by all instructions, regulations and notices that will be issued to me by Whittlebury Park, its partners, agents and employees.
- I undertake at all times to follow precisely the reasonable directions of Whittlebury Park in relations to the activities provided by Whittlebury Park.
- If I do not understand any matters relating to any activity, I will ensure that I receive appropriate instruction before participating.
- If circumstances arrive in which I feel unsafe or in doubt as to my competence in participating or continuing to participate in any activity, I will immediately cease to do so and inform Whittlebury Park.
- The activities that I will be undertaking can by their very nature be dangerous and that I put myself at any risk by undertaking such an activity.
- I indemnify Whittlebury Park to the fullest extent permitted by the law against all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death, injury to myself or damage to my property howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with my taking part in these activities, and notwithstanding the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of Whittlebury Park.
- I have not today consumed nor will I during the time that I am on the premises of Whittlebury Park consume (any alcoholic beverages or prohibited drugs or substance) until I have completed participating in any activities.
- I agree to photographs that may be used in any of our promotional literature and on our websitesor at any exhibitions or sales promotions we may attend. The photographs will remain the property of Whittlebury Hall for use at our discretion.
