Their team Christmas party has been held at Whittlebury five times since 2011, and with more than 900 guests attedning every year, it has to be as an exclusive-hire venue.
Our teams work closely with Renault to plan the events, but after agreeing the date, theme and budget we are lucky to be given a free reign on how to structure and organise the party, which gives the team a lot of scope for creativity.
The date is usually set in January, to take place mid-December, but it has been known to be done within a four-month time frame and still delivered to the exceptional standard expected.
An external events company is responsible for the theming of all function rooms used for the event, which comprises of eight interlinking areas and rooms, so its no small task. Visuals are provided by the events company, and agreed with the client by us, so the client only has one point of contact.
Our chefs, F&B manager and event managers work closely to build a menu and food display set which will work for the number of guests attending; making sure the flow of the food service is seamless is paramount for such a large number as guests, as you dont want anyone to wait too long or go hungry.
The food displays are a work of art; a visual feast for the eyes as well delicious!! the work that goes into ensuring the set-up is a big part of the overall event, and a challenge that the team relishes.

The event included live music, a casino and buffet style dinner. The catering is always good, but also really creative and well-designed for our theme.
