Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards and Pamper Day Purchases.
By making a request for goods you are offering to purchase a product(s), which we will accept, to sell to you subject the terms and conditions detailed. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order by Whittlebury Hall. At all times Whittlebury Hall reserves the right to refuse any purchase request without giving reason.
Whittlebury Hall endeavours to despatch all orders within 3 working days. However, we cannot accept any responsibility for delay or loss in delivery as a result of postal delays or force majeure.
Whittlebury Hall accepts no responsibility for any additional consequential loss over and above the original value of the goods purchased.
Gift Cards or pamper packages may be used in full or part payment against accommodation, dining, retail products or day packages whether it is a special offer or regular price booking at Whittlebury Hall.
Whilst we use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of the information on our web site relating to the purchase of goods, Whittlebury Hall reserves the right to correct, without liability, any information if it is a mistake of fact.
Vouchers are valid between 3-12 months from date of issue. Please check exact date of individual voucher terms and conditions. The voucher may not be extended beyond the date. The voucher is for the named person only, is non transferable and no cash refunds will be made for non-use.
All bookings relating to Gift Cards and Pamper Day Packages are subject to availability. Some date restrictions apply and details of these can be provided on request. Bookings must be made in advance and early booking is recommended.
All pamper day packages featured, indicate the duration of the experience and the treatments included in the package. The client may not substitute the treatments on offer, however The Spa may find it necessary on some occasions to offer alternative treatments.
Vouchers must be sent to Whittlebury Hall to confirm a reservation being held on a provisional basis. When sending vouchers we recommend you retain a copy and use postal services, which guarantees delivery.
Until such times as full payment has been received and cleared, all vouchers remain the property of Whittlebury Hall.
Once your booking is made, further terms and conditions apply as part of your visit, or in the event of the cancellation of your visit. Details of these are available on request.
Under the United Kingdom’s Distant Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. Cancellations must be received in writing quoting your order number within 7 days. Once cancelled, goods must be returned in their original condition with their original packaging and with proof of purchase documentation enclosed and sent to the address below. All goods remain your responsibility until received by Whittlebury Hall. For your own protection, we recommend you return goods using a delivery service that insures you for their full value.
All guests are advised that if you currently suffer with, or have suffered with a pre-determined health condition in the past, a note from the guests GP will be required indicating that you are in a satisfactory state of general health to receive treatments. Failure to produce this documentation will result in our therapists being unable to carry out any treatments. We hope you understand that this is for your own well-being.
Please note that all guests are required to be a minimum of 16 years of age to enter The Spa or to receive Treatments.
