or if selected in the checkout by Royal Mail Special Delivery (1day) £7.00. You can also choose to have your vouchers emailed.

All items are dispatched by First Class post, Royal Mail special delivery or Business Post – depending on your order contents.
When you place an order, we'll estimate dispatch and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose.
All orders will be processed and posted within 24 working hours, subject to payment and stock availability. If for any reason we are not able to process the order in time, we will immediately contact you by email or telephone
Sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item
In the event of Whittlebury Hall sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to Whittlebury Hall within 30 days and before a replacement is issued. Whittlebury Hall reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which Whittlebury Hall confirms we will issue a replacement.
Gift Card Refunds
If you return an item for which you used a gift card as part or full payment, we will refund the gift card portion as a gift card and any non-gift certificate portion to the card used for the original transaction.
Gift certificates connected to specific promotions are non-refundable.
Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item.
We will not refund the cost of gift wrapping, your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.
