Having gained weight following the birth of her son, Tina became an avid gym goer, losing weight and feeling great. Tina soon became dedicated to the health and fitness industry when she took her RSA Exercise to Music and started teaching aerobics part time. Eventually, she decided to make the fitness industry her full time career, and went on to become a fully qualified REPS level 3 Personal Trainer.
Tina has recently returned from working in Spain as a Personal Trainer, as well as teaching various fitness classes and during the past 11 years she has been presented with various challenges making her a more developed knowledgeable and confident trainer.
Tina enjoys working with people of all abilities helping them achieve their health and fitness goals. She has a real interest and gets great satisfaction helping individuals improve their quality of life through exercise prescription.
Outside of work she enjoys keeping herself fit and healthy, Horse riding, taking care of her horse and socialising with friends and family.
