Having gained weight following the birth of my son, I became an avid gym goer, losing weight and feeling great. I soon became dedicated to the health and fitness industry when I took my RSA Exercise to Music and started teaching aerobics part time. Eventually, I decided to make the fitness industry my full time career, and went on to become a fully qualified REPS level 3 Personal Trainer.
I have recently returned from working in Spain as a Personal Trainer, as well as teaching various fitness classes. During the past 11 years I have been presented with various challenges making me a more developed, knowledgeable and confident trainer. I enjoy working with people of all abilities, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals.
Outside of work I enjoy keeping myself fit and healthy, horse riding, taking care of my horse and socialising with friends and family!
