Richard has been employed at Whittlebury for almost 5 years and still really enjoys his job. Richard enjoys interacting with members to keep track on how their training is going and always offers advice on what they can do to improve or change-up their gym sessions to make them more effective or interesting.
The area of fitness Richard is most passionate about is the helping of members who have joined the gym because of ill health or injury. Here he thrives in guiding them through their early sessions with careful nurturing and positive management until they are at a point they feel fitter and are healthier. Richard also enjoys greatly his Aqua Beat classes!
Richards favorite method for his own training is designing structured sessions where he is able to monitor his progression throughout and this in turn keeps him highly motivated through visual improvements which helps him to train hard in every session.
