We have a wide range of classes to suit all tastes and abilities including group cycling sessions, pilates, zumba, aqua classes, yoga and a range of cardio classes.

Level A - Popular classes with members, classes progress and follow on with routines weekly.
Classes include Aqua Beat, Fitball, Step & Core/Tone, the brand new Fitsteps and Zumba for fun and energetic workouts. Full body workouts in Body Tone/Body MOT and Bootcamp and Pilates/Fitness Pilates and Yoga to focus on the mind, body and inner spirit with breathing, stretching and relaxation techniques.
Level B - A mixture of classes from the high intense work out to a calming session in Tai Chi.
Includes the fast and furious Indoor Cycle and Abs, Back & Core which concentrates on specific areas of the body. Aqua to promote muscular strength and endurance and is ideal for injury rehab and during pregnancy. Also includes Fitness Yoga, Pilates,
Relax & Stretch and Tai Chi to aid posture, relaxation and muscle tone.
Level C - Popular with day guests and hotel residents, with a mix of high intense and more relaxing classes.
Includes the intensive cardiovascular and resistance workout Gym Circuit.
