Classes & Timetable

We have a wide range of classes to suit all tastes and abilities including group cycling sessions, pilates, zumba, aqua classes, yoga and a range of cardio classes.

Level A - Popular classes with members, classes progress and follow on with routines weekly.

Classes include Aqua Beat, Step & Core/Tone, the brand new Fitsteps and Zumba for fun and energetic workouts. Full body workouts in Body Tone/Body MOT and Pilates/Fitness Pilates and Yoga to focus on the mind, body and inner spirit with breathing, stretching and relaxation techniques.

Level B - A mixture of classes from the high intense work out to a calming session in Pilates.

Includes the fast and furious Indoor Cycle and Abs, Back & Core which concentrates on specific areas of the body. Aqua to promote muscular strength and endurance and is ideal for injury rehab and during pregnancy. Also includes Pilates and Relax & Stretch to aid posture, relaxation and muscle tone.

Level C - Popular with day guests and hotel residents, with a mix of high intense and more relaxing classes.

Includes the intensive cardiovascular and resistance workout Gym Circuit.
