Look after your skin
Central heating, comfort eating and winter weather can take its toll on your skin. Prepare your skin for the summer months by feeding it from within – eating highly coloured fruit and vegetables like carrots, plums, apricots and butternut squash, can improve the colour and tone of your skin. Consider including a multivitamin supplement, to support the healthy appearance of your hair, skin and nails – helping towards making sure you look your best for summer.

Get scrubbed up
Colder weather dries the skin, leaving it looking sallow and dull. Refresh your skin and reveal your inner beauty by using a scrub twice a week.
