When was The Day Spa opened?
The Day Spa at Whittlebury Hall opened in July 2005 and has steadily grown by reputation and delivering exceptional guest experiences. It is home to some of the most enviable spa facilities in the UK.
What facilities does The Day Spa have?
The award-winning The Day Spa incorporates a unique Heat and Ice Experiences which provides body sensations as a result of changes in temperature. Move through the treatments increasing your body’s temperature before stepping into the Ice Cave to stimulate your circulation and senses, whilst aiding the elimination of toxins and exfoliating the skin. Facilities include a Sanarium®, a Caldarium hot room, a Steam Bath, Sauna, Experience Showers, Foot Spas and a Hydrotherapy Pool. The Day Spa also has a Hammam and Rasul Chamber for mud bathing, both of which offer treatments.
What products does The Day Spa use?
Clarins, Elemis and ESPA are the supporting product houses, with beautiful products and treatments driven from influences from around the world. Jessica Nails provides products for Hands and Feet, and Clarins provide make up with Fake Bake offering an even glow.
What do The Day Spa packages include?

What time should I arrive?
We suggest that you arrive as early as possible to ensure you make the most of your day.
Are towels and robes provided?
The Day Spa provides with our compliments, the use of a robe, towels, hair and body wash, and hairdryers for your comfort. We recommend you bring swimwear and suitable exercise clothing if you plan to use the gymnasium or join in any of the exercise classes.
How many treatment rooms does The Day Spa have?
The Day Spa has a total of 23 treatment rooms, plus a Hair Studio, relaxation area and quiet room.
Do you have to book additional treatments in advance?
We recommend you book any additional treatments at the time of booking your Day Spa so you can ensure that you get all the treatments of your choice on your chosen date. The Day Spa is in high demand and there is limited availability on the day.
What is the Age Policy for The Day Spa?
The Day Spa is reserved for the use of adults at all times. Unfortunately we cannot offer treatments to persons under the age of sixteen. Young adults aged 16-18 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst visiting The Day Spa.

What is available in terms of Refreshments and Dining at The Day Spa?
Iced water and fresh fruit are available throughout the day with our compliments. Other refreshments and lunch will be served in The Terrace Café. A buffet lunch with iced water is included in Day Packages. Soft drinks, smoothies and a selection of alcoholic beverages may be purchased.

Can you stay over at The Day Spa?
The Day Spa is located on site at Whittlebury Hall Hotel and as such the Hotel offers the flexibility of an upgrade to incorporate an overnight stay including dinner, bed and breakfast, turning a Day away into a longer Spa break.
How many bedrooms does the Hotel have?
The hotel has 213 bedrooms, providing both doubles and twins with en-suite bathrooms.
Do you have Superior rooms?
51 Club rooms are available and provide some extras, luxurious Elemis bathroom amenities, bathrobe and slippers, wine and water, tasty treats in the room and a daily turn down service on request. A Club Room stay includes accommodation, traditional English breakfast and full use of The Leisure Club.
Other in room facilities include: television, trouser press, iron and ironing board facilities, hairdryer, tea and coffee tray and complimentary Wi-Fi.
There are also five suites, The Eden, The Emperor, The Presidential, Interlagos and The Highland, all individually designed with double showers.
